Network Security

We will learn the policies and practices adopted to prevent and monitor unauthorized access, misuse, modification, or denial of a computer network and network-accessible resources.

Statistical and Data Analysis

Dive deeper into the process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making.

BlockChain Technology

The distributed database created by blockchain technology has a fundamentally different digital backbone. This is also the most distinct and important feature of blockchain technology.

Because we are part of the Association of Computational Machinery, our prestige becomes a beacon of light for recruiters of major technology companies. We personally scour job boards of these leading institutions to bring you open positions ranging from software development, data science, and emerging FinTech sectors.

Research and Project Based Learning

Here at Adelphi's ACM Chapter, we believe in learning by doing. We leave the reading materials and long speeches for the lecture halls. We organize hackathons to bring alive innovative ideas, and conduct experiments to push the boundaries of what we think is possible. Our creative and spontaneous members are the embodiment of innovations and collaboration. As an organization, we equip our members with the tools for the work force that make perfect candidates for any type of professional institution.

Panels and Discussions

As part of our mission to foster an innovative and intelligent community, we invite executives in the technology sector to speak to our members and answer their various questions. These networking events provide our members with insight and knowledge from professionals working within the technology industry. We also encourage our members to organize Town Hall meetings where they can present their side projects and research to our community, so they can receive praise, inspiration, and constructive feedback.
